Commissioned by the owner's of the Holiday Inn in Cleveland, TN, our team worked to design a full update of this location to meet the new Holiday Inn standards, coordinating with brand ambassadors, FF&E suppliers, engineering teams, the City of Cleveland, and the hotel manager.
The Old Woolen Mill is an iconic building in Cleveland, TN- originally the manufacturing location for Hardwick's Clothing, a company that played a major and valuable part in the development of the City. Now a multi-use development, we are privileged to have been a part of the Mill's step-by-step development of previously vacant spaces for the last ten years.
