HOLIDAY INN

Commissioned by the owner's of the Holiday Inn in Cleveland, TN, our team worked to design a full update of this location to meet the new Holiday Inn standards, coordinating with brand ambassadors, FF&E suppliers, engineering teams, the City of Cleveland, and the hotel manager.

The renovation was completed while the hotel remained open and was constructed in phases from the top floor to the ground floor.

The renovation also included a full kitchen added to the back of the building to service the new restaurant on the lobby level.
