In 2017, Studio 323 was honored to partner with Impact Cleveland in an effort to begin the revitalization of an area of Cleveland, TN close to the downtown. 

A significant part of this initial effort by Impact Cleveland was the renovation of four existing homes bordering a newly developed park.

Design work for the homes included exterior improvements as well as redesign of interior layouts and specification of new finishes. Each home was allotted a specific and limited budget based on grant availability, and Studio 323 worked with Impact Cleveland to represent their vision while preserving as much as possible of the existing homes.
